  • Connecting a Telegram account,
  • Automating early-stage conversations,
  • Managing chat flows,
  • Scoring prospects,
  • Handing off conversations to human agents,

ChatSan provides automation tools but does not monitor, validate, or control the substance of user-generated messages.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, architecture, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to software code, design elements, UI components, workflows, documentation, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that:

  • The Company may use such Feedback without restriction,
  • You assign all rights in the Feedback to the Company,
  • You are not entitled to compensation or attribution.

6. Links to Third-Party Services

The Service may include integrations or links to third-party websites or services.

The Company has no control over these third parties and is not responsible for:

  • Their content,
  • Their policies,
  • Their security practices,
  • Any damages resulting from interactions with them.

Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Privacy Policies of all third-party services they engage with.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms,
  • You misuse the platform,
  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

Upon termination, all rights to use the Service cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the User in the previous 12 months, or 100 USD if no payment was made.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

The Company does not guarantee:

  • That it will meet your expectations or business needs,
  • That all features will function on all devices,
  • That errors will be corrected promptly,
  • That the Service will be compatible with every Telegram account or setup.

Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.
