Under no circumstances may ChatSan be used to:

Any violation will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3.3 Harassment, Abuse, or Harmful Conduct

ChatSan may not be used to:

  • automate unwanted or abusive messaging,
  • encourage emotional or physical harm,
  • create content designed to degrade, shame, or distress.

3.4 Deceptive or Fraudulent Behavior

It is strictly prohibited to:

  • impersonate individuals without their consent,
  • mislead users about the nature of automated responses,
  • commit fraudulent commercial practices,
  • circumvent third-party platform rules or security systems,
  • create or distribute misleading or manipulated content.

3.5 Unauthorized Automation or Platform Circumvention

Users may not employ ChatSan to:

  • bypass Telegram's anti-spam or anti-bot protections,
  • automate mass messaging, unsolicited outreach, or spam-like behavior,
  • modify, disrupt, or overload Telegram's infrastructure,
  • interact with external systems without proper authorization.

3.6 Security Violations

The following are prohibited:

  • bypassing security mechanisms or rate limits,
  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting code,
  • testing for vulnerabilities without explicit written permission.

Users may not:

3.8 Explicit or Restricted Content

Notes:
ChatSan automates text-based conversational flows configured by the user.
Users remain fully responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and policies.

4. Messaging & Conversation Restrictions

When automating conversations through ChatSan, users must not:

  • misrepresent automated messages as human responses without the account owner's consent,
  • provide automated legal, medical, or financial advice,
  • encourage users to meet physically or engage in unsafe situations,
  • pressure individuals into commercial or personal decisions,
  • use ChatSan as a tool for unsolicited or undesired outreach.

5. Fair Use Policy

To maintain stable performance for all customers, ChatSan may:

  • impose rate limits on accounts showing abnormal or abusive behavior,
  • restrict usage that places excessive load on our infrastructure,
  • suspend automated actions if they violate Telegram's limitations or policies.

6. Consequences of Policy Violations

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • warnings or requests for corrective action,
  • temporary suspension of account access,
  • feature restrictions or loss of automation privileges,
